Expanding a shop floor was a challenge from the very beginning but DSR Services really helped us get through it and we’re in a totally different place now commercially to where we were a year ago.
It’s nice to able to say that you’re in so much demand that you need to expand but it’s not as easy as you’d think between wrestling the bank for credit and keeping your customers assured of supply lines. We couldn’t afford any interruption to our existing operation but we were confined to adding on to an existing, functioning manufacturing unit.
DSR Services assured us that they could manage the site in such a way that we could continue with our BAU, and be ready to start using the additional unit on a stage by stage basis, eventually expanding to full use of the new space, as the builders were moving out.
Not only did we have an experienced firm looking after our interests but they also understood our priorities as a business and they kept that as their measuring stick for success. We’ll definitely be going back to these guys the next time we’re moving up in the market.
